A Moment in Time
The best way to notice time fly is watching little kids grow up. If you don't have a child in your life (maybe a niece/nephew, grandchild, son/daughter) you need to get one in your life. They allow you to cherish the moments that you have. You can see them literally grow up! At times it can be an inch a month! And kids don't really see time like adults do, if you remember to when you were a child, at least for me I tended to be in the moment. Watch a child play, create and imaginate (yes, I just made that word up). Their perspective is different, it is carefree and not stressful. Why is it that we decided as adults that we have to stress out. What is that going to do for us, it will not make our problems go away, it will just give us a physiological response in the body and might cause additional health problems. My nephew is 6 and he is usually (as long as he's not hangry) a bundle of fun. Let's reset our mindset and remember when we were 6. Let go of things that aren't going your way, find the fun in every activity, laugh and giggle just because, eat with your fingers, build a castle with legos, pretend you are a dinosaur and run around the house. Let your inner child come out to play.
