Let me stretch you out. Let the muscles be passive as I guide your body around in stretching sequences and poses seated, supine, and prone. Ending with a 10 minute restorative posture to bring you back to bliss. Clients insist, "it's BETTER than a massage!"

Cancellation Policy

Classes and class cards are not refundable and must be used within their event date or expiration date. All classes not used within the time frame stated at purchase will be lost. (Pre-sign up for classes to use them all before you lose them). No extensions for class cards & memberships. Class cards and memberships are not transferrable.
