Mon 6:30 pm Float, flow, and find freedom in the fabric. This adult aerial yoga class blends traditional yoga postures with the support of a soft aerial hammock to build strength, balance, and flexibility—all while experiencing the joy of suspension. You’ll explore gentle inversions, supported stretches, and mindful movement that decompresses the spine and calms the mind. Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, this class invites you to let go of the ground, release tension, and reconnect with your playful, empowered self.

Cancellation Policy
Classes and class cards are not refundable and must be used within their event date or expiration date. All classes not used within the time frame stated at purchase will be lost. (Pre-sign up for classes to use them all before you lose them). No extensions for class cards & memberships. Class cards and memberships are not transferrable.
