Service Description
Experience a yoga practice designed entirely around you. In this personalized one-on-one session, we’ll tailor poses, sequences, and breathwork to your body, needs, and intentions—whether you want to build strength, increase flexibility, release tension, or cultivate mindfulness. Guided with care and attention, you’ll move through gentle flows, targeted stretches, and restorative postures, all at your pace. Each session is an opportunity to deepen your practice, honor your body, and leave feeling grounded, energized, and renewed.
Cancellation Policy
Classes and class cards are not refundable and must be used within their event date or expiration date. All classes not used within the time frame stated at purchase will be lost. (Pre-sign up for classes to use them all before you lose them). No extensions for class cards & memberships. Class cards and memberships are not transferrable.
